Irene D. Schlosser, 94, of 123 Couch Lane, wife of Edward A. Schlosser, went to be with the Lord Thursday May 3, 2012 at her home.
Mrs. Schlosser was born in Cleveland, Ohio, a daughter of the late Joseph and Helen Pezowicz Platt. She was a claims examiner for the Railroad Retirement Board and was a Personal Supervisor with the U.S. Coast Guard. She recieved a special commendation for her efficient service with the Coast Guard. She was a volunteer with United Ministries in Easley and was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road, 1425 Powdersville Road, Easley, SC, with Pastor Greg Longtin officiating. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM Monday, prior to the service, at the funeral home.
