Irma Eastep Smith, 70, of 204 Patterson Road, died Friday, June 6, 2008, at Hospice of the Upstate.
Born in Powhatan, WV, a daughter of the late James and Virginia Inscore Eastep, Mrs. Smith was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are her husband, Curtis R. Smith of the home; a son, Mark Smith of Taylors; two daughters, Rita Watts of Taylors, and Denise Stewart of Liberty; two sisters, Margaret Benedict of Columbus, IN, and Mary Marrett of Atlanta; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday at Greenlawn Memorial Park with Rev. Doug Goss officiating.
Visitation will from from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. Sunday at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown, Easley.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Upstate, 1835 Rogers Road, Anderson, SC or to the charity of one's choice.
The family is at the home of Denise and Sammy Stewart, 204 Patterson Road, Liberty, SC 29657.
