Iva Jane Alexander Sisler, 78, formerly of Four Lakes Dr., wife of the late James Ralph Sisler, passed away peacefully Saturday, July 5, 2014 at Heartland Healthcare.
Born June 15, 1936 in Meyersdale, PA, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Rose Yommer Alexander. Mrs. Sisler was a retired budget analyst with US Army serving thirty eight years. She was also a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church and the Victory Bible Fellowship Class.
Mrs. Sisler is survived by her brother, Fay Eugene "Gene" Alexander (Anne) of Easley; nephews and nieces Mike Alexander (Tracy) of Missouri City, TX and Debbie Schneider (David) of Mt. Pleasant, SC; brother and sister-in-laws, Bob and Jean Sisler, John and Beverly Sisler, Ron and Debbie Sisler all of Maryland.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM Sunday, July 6, 2014 at Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road.
Burial will be in Bear Creek Church of the Brethren Cemetery in Accident, Maryland.
The family would like to thank Oakmont, The Willows and The Cascades for their outstanding support and care.
Memorial contributions may be made to Rock Springs Baptist Church Building Fund, 201 Rock Springs Church Rd., Easley, SC 29642.
