Mr. J Harold Granger, 78, husband of Nancy Meece Granger, passed away Sunday, July 23, 2017 at St. Francis Hospital.

Born in Pickens County, a son of the late Doyle and Ida Stansell Granger, Mr. Granger retired from Monaghan Mills and was a member of Zion Assembly Church of God.

Surviving, in addition to his wife of fifty-seven years, are three sons, Randy Granger (Lisa) of Liberty, Keith Granger (Pam) and Chris Granger (Stacy), all of Greenville; two daughters, Sandra G. Godfrey (Jim) and Becky G. Land, all of Easley; a brother, Fred "Tip" Granger of Easley; eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Mr. Granger was predeceased by three brothers, Joe, William and Elijah Granger; and two sisters, Addie McQueen and Mary Hester.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday, July 27, 2017 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until 1:45 PM at the funeral home, prior to the service.
