Mr. Jack Wallace "Frosty" Blalock, 84, husband of Vivian Holder Blalock, passed away Monday, November 23, 2015 at Baptist Easley Hospital.

Born in Pickens County, a son of the late William Robert and Eva Alexander Blalock, Mr. Blalock retired from Alice Manufacturing with fifty-six years of service and was a member of Enon Baptist Church. He was a US Army Veteran having served during the Korean War.

Surviving, in addition to his wife of sixty-one years, are a son, Roger A. Blalock (Sharon) of Easley; a daughter, Sharon Rutz (Don) of Easley; a sister, Carolyn McAlister of Easley; and seven grandchildren, Heather Green (Jamie), Michael Blalock (Jennifer), Candice Owens, Jessica Brissey, Sierra West, Amber Ramey and Trinity Smith. In addition to his parents, Mr. Blalock was predeceased by a brother, James Blalock and two sisters, Helen Simpson and Bea Cartee.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday, November 27, 2015 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM until 1:45 PM Friday at the funeral home, prior to the service.
