Mr. Jack Smith Parrish, Jr., 71, husband of the late Amy Kathleen Bono Parrish, passed away Sunday, December 24, 2023.

Born in Greenville County, a son of the late Jack Smith Parrish, Sr. and the late Mary Jean Martin Parrish, Mr. Parrish was a graduate of Easley High School and attended the University of South Carolina. He retired as a plant manager from Perrigo Company and was a member of Easley First United Methodist Church.

After retirement Jack acquired a passion for woodworking. He truly loved hiking, camping, canoeing, and driving the Blue Ridge Parkway, but his greatest love was for his family. He will be dearly missed by all who loved and knew him.   

Surviving are his daughter, Frances Kathleen Parrish (Bobby Francis) of Central; his two brothers, Martin O. Parrish (Georgette) of Boulder, CO, and Phillip M. Parrish (Amy Parker) of Easley; his sister, Jean Parrish Freeman (James) of Columbia; and his granddaughter, Jordan Francis.

Private graveside services will be held at Robinson Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Scleroderma Foundation, South Carolina Chapter or the Beautiful Places Alliance, helping South Carolina's State Parks.
