Jacolyn “Jackie” Rockwood Dark, 87, of Easley, South Carolina, wife of the late Alvin R. Dark, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, June 4, 2024.

Born in Floral Park, New York, she was a daughter of the late Joseph L. Hodges, Jr. and Mildred Campbell Rockwood. She was a stewardess and supervisor at National Airlines for many years.  Jackie was known for her gentle and soft-spoken nature. She possessed a true ladylike demeanor that touched the lives of all who knew her. Her loving heart knew no bounds, as she would extend her care to anyone willing to receive it. Her humility was a shining example to all who had the privilege of crossing paths with her. One of Jackie’s greatest passions was sharing her testimony and the importance of salvation through Jesus Christ. She traveled across the United States, tirelessly proclaiming the love and mercy of her Savior. A devout prayer warrior, Jackie found solace and strength in her faith.
