James Rollie Anderson, 64, of 209 Addis Street, died Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at St. Francis Hospital in Greenville.
Born in Williamston, he was a son of Mattie Norris Anderson of Easley and the late Walter Elijah Anderson. He was a machinist for Sauer-Danfoss in Easley and was of the Baptist faith. He was a veteran of the US Air Force.
Surviving in addition to his mother, are a son, James Richard Anderson and wife Leslie of Chesnee; three daughters, Sandra Lynn Simmons and husband Timmy of Pickens, Tina Marie Greene and husband Barry, Kimberly Dawn Galloway and husband Harold; a brother, Donnie Anderson and wife Paula, all of Easley; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. In addition to his father, he was predeceased by a granddaughter, Sabrina Anderson.
Funeral services will be 1 PM Friday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Downtown with Mr. Timmy Simmons and Reverend Glenn Shepard officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at M.J. "Dolly" Cooper Veterans Cemetery in Anderson.
Visitation will be Thursday night from 6 PM until 8 PM at the funeral home.
The family is at the home of his daughter, Tina Greene, 165 Odom Road; Easley, SC 29642.
