James "Jim" Mack Bolt, 77, husband of Mary Ann Errico Bolt, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 12, 2019 at his home.
Born in Cincinnati, OH, a son of the late John Malachi Bolt and the late Jeanette Stayton Bolt, he was a retired Master Sergeant for the US Air Force and proudly served his country during the Vietnam War. He was also a retired Maintenance Supervisor for Duke Energy, Catawba Nuclear Station after 21 years of service. Mr. Bolt enjoyed golfing, traveling, especially to Branson, Missouri, and spending time with his family.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are sons, Jeffrey Bolt and James "Jimmy" Bolt, Jr., both of York; a daughter, Jeanise Elrod (Russ) of Powdersville; a stepdaughter, Joanne Green (Josh) of Carlsbad, CA; a brother, Jerald Bolt (Ruthie) of Franklin, IN; sisters, Josephine Ingerson (Clifford) of Theodore, AL. Jolene Hall (Donnie) of Tampa, FL, and Juanita Spangler (Van) of Beantown, TN; grandchildren, Austin Elrod, Amy Bolt, Bethany Wagner (Michael), Crystal Bolt (Josh McAteer), Brandy Labambard, Daniel Labambard, Nathan Rooke, Jason Detar (Shannon), and Jamie Casasnovas; and nine great-grandchildren.
Along with his parents, he was predeceased by a stepdaughter, Debra Ann; and a sister, Jewel Grubbs.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, May 16, 2019 at the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at the funeral home.
