James "Jim" Merrill Cooper, Jr., 49, of 104 Homestead Road, died Monday December 11, 2006 at his home.
Born in Anderson, he was a son of Elizabeth Kay Cooper, of Easley and the late James Merrill Cooper, Sr. He was a member of the Mountain Springs Masonic Lodge and was a Baptist.
Surviving in addition to his mother is a daughter, Cathy Nisius, of Albuquerque, New Mexico ; a brother, Ron Cooper, of Taylors ; four sisters, Brenda Smith and Ann Cooper, both of Easley, Sandra Cooper, of Greenville and Elaine Nichols, of Raleigh, NC.
Graveside Services will be Friday at 3:00 pm in Bethesda United Methodist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Friday from 1:30 pm until 2:30 pm at Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road.
The family is at the home of Brenda Smith, 421 Hall Road, Easley.
