James Edward "Jimmy" Barbrey, 72, of Sheriff Mill Road, passed away Tuesday, April 18, 2017.
Born in Pickens County, he was the son of the late Lewis and Stella Sheriff Barbrey.
Jimmy was employed with Sheriff Lumber Company and was a member of Zion United Methodist Church. He loved his family, hunting, fishing and watching western shows.
Surviving are his wife of the home, Donna Edens Barbrey; children, Lisa Barbrey McAlister (David), James Kyle Barbrey and Christopher M. Barbrey (Renee) all of Easley; five grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 21, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Zion United Methodist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
Flowers will be accepted.
The family will be at their respective homes.
