James Gilbert Grunwell, 91, husband of Grover Chad Dudley passed away Thursday, March 2, 2023.
Born in Venezuela, he was a son of the late Gilbert and Beatrice Corbett Grunwell.
Jim was a simple man who enjoyed birds, plants, and nature in general. He loved cars, Porches in particular. He retired as a Captain from the US Navy.
In addition to his husband, he is survived by his brothers, Tommy and Alfred Grunwell; and a sister, Laura Shafer.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday March 14, 2022 at 3PM at St. Andrews Episcopal Church in Greenville, 1002 S Main St, Greenville, SC 29601.
