James Gregory "Greg" Hill, 37, died at his residence on Tuesday, December 25, 2007. He was the son of Glenn James Hill of Central and Judy Dorsey Butler of Myrtle Beach. Greg was a graduate of D.W. Daniel High School. He was a member of the Northside Baptist Church in Lexington, SC and he worked with the home health care system. He helped start the Coastal Rehab and Supply in Greenville. Greg loved life and enjoyed fishing, camping, painting and go-kart racing.
In addition to his parents he is survived by sisters, Melissa Dawn Benjamin and her husband Albert of New York and Crystal Renee Laber and husband Martin of Greer; niece, Dorain Cadence Laber; step brothers, Jerry and J.T. Brown of Central; step-mother, Melissa Brown Hill of Central and step father, T.J. Butler and grandparents, James and Helen Hill of Central and girlfriend, Cass Chulick of Inman.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2pm in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home with burial to follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:30-2pm prior to the service.
