James “Randall” Kelley Sr., son of the late William Allen and Edith White Kelley went to his heavenly home on Monday October 3, 2022. In addition to his wife, Marcia Lemere Kelley he is survived by his sons James “Jimmy” Randall Kelley, Jr. (Kimberly) of Piedmont, SC, David “Scott” Kelley (Michelle) of Greenville, and daughter Karen “Rene” Kelley Medlin (Sandy) of Easley as well as his 14 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild on the way. Surviving also are his brothers Milton Kelley (Brenda) of Monks Corner, Maurice Kelley (Jo) of Easley, John Milas Kelley of West Union and sisters Rita Kelley of Franklin, NC, Donna Kelley Smith of Seneca, as well as Linda Kelley Remillard (Don) of Dalton, GA.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his daughter Cecilia Dianne Kelley, his grandson Randy Alexander Medlin, and brothers Kenneth and Jerry Kelley.
Mr. Kelley was a member of Rock Springs Baptist Church in Easley, where he was a member of Men in Action, Faithful Servants Bible Fellowship Class, was a shuttle bus driver until his illness. He retired from Platt Saco Lowell after 36 years, and K&M Tool & Die. He served his country in the Army Reserves.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Rock Springs Baptist Church youth camp fund.
A visitation will be held Sunday October 9, 2022, from 12:30 to 1:45 with services to follow at 2:00 pm both at Rock Springs Baptist Church. Burial will follow immediately after at Rock Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.
