Mr. James Ray King, 69, husband of Evelyn Biggerstaff King, passed away Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at his home.
Born in Oconee County, the son of the late Rev. Isaac "Ray" King and the late Ethel Snelgrove King, Mr. King retired from KM Fabric and was a member of Pendleton Street Baptist Church, Easley.
Surviving, in addition to his wife of fifteen years, are a son, Jason King (Rachel) of Walhalla; a daughter, Darlene Keener (Jim) of Fredericksburg, VA; a step-son, Tripp Duncan (Mica) of Jonesville, SC; a step-daughter, Brandi Duncan of Greenville; a sister, Doxie Barnes (Johnny) of Columbia; the mother of his children, Susan King of Walhalla; and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, May 6, 2017 at Pendleton Street Baptist Church, Easley. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday, May 5, 2017 at Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road.
The family is at the home of Mr. James Ray King.
