James Andrew Kreitz, Sr.

James Andrew Kreitz, Sr., 80, of Seneca, passed away July 6, 2022.

Born in Gettysburg, PA, he was the son of the late Lewis and Luella Stonefifer Kreitz.  Mr. Kreitz served our country honorably in the United States Air Force and worked as a pipefitter for many large manufacturing companies.

He is survived by his sons, Greg Kreitz (Patricia) of Central and Andy Kreitz of Seneca; daughter, Sandra Smith of Seneca; brothers, Michael Kreitz (Christine) of Thurmont, MD and Lewis “Butch” Kreitz, Jr. (Patricia) of Thurmont, MD; sisters, Mary Miller (Edward) of Thurmont, MD and Rebecca Flohr of Thurmont, MD; grandchildren, Zeke Smith (Nick), Lynn Underwood (Brannon) and Brian Swafford (Tia); great grandchildren, Austin Underwood, Trenton Underwood, Ashlynn Underwood and Reagan Swafford.  James is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family members that he loved deeply.
