James Albert Martin, Sr., 79, husband of Ovida Brooks Martin, passed away Saturday, January 5, 2019.
Born in Charleston, WV, a son of the late Marvin Paul Martin and the late Pearl Ashley Martin, was a retired owner and operator of Martek System, Inc. Mr. Martin was of the Pentecostal faith.
Surviving, in addition to his loving wife, are a daughter, Jamie Martin Wilson of Maryland; a brother, Joe Spencer of Ohio; a granddaughter, Jasmine; and one great-grandchild.
He was predeceased by his parents and a son, James Albert "Bo" Martin, Jr..
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
