Mr. James Dale "Jim" Qualls, Sr., 49 husband of Jackie Throns Qualls, passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at his home.
Born in Orlando, FL, a son of Terry and Deloris Santo Qualls, Mr. Qualls was in law enforcement and served in the US Marine Corps and the Army National Guard. Both Jim and his son honorably served their country in Afghanistan.
Surviving, in addition to his wife of the home, are a son, James Dale Qualls, Jr. and his wife Rachael; four step-children, Benjamin, Rachael, Natalie and Gideon Rinehardt; a sister, Melissa Q. McDonald and her husband Scott; and four grandchildren, Rayna, Rory, Ryver, Olivia Qualls; nieces and nephews, Terry, Shaun, Ashley and Faith.
Memorial services will be 10:30 AM Monday, July 30, 2012 in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Services will continue 1:00 PM at M.J. Dolly Cooper Veteran Cemetery.
