Mary Jane Freeman, 67, wife of James Cary Freeman, passed away September 7, 2017.
Born in Greenville, she was the daughter of the late Curtis and Jessie Collins Terry.
Jane was a graduate of Clemson University where she received her Masters Degree in Education. She taught in many elementary schools throughout her thirty plus years of service, including Concrete and Powdersville Elementary. Her love showed in her career and in every activity she was involved in. From gardening to cook extraordinaire, scrapbooking to hosting "Mama Jane Camp" with the grandchildren, her impact on many lives is a tribute to her legacy.
Jane was a dedicated member of Siloam Baptist Church. She served as the church hostess, and was also a member of the choir and the Freeman/Gibson Sunday School Class.
Surviving, in addition to her husband Cary, are her sons, David Freeman and his wife Michelle; Daniel Freeman and his wife Melissa; her sister, Carol Jo Henry; and her precious grandchildren, Miles, Alora, Benjamin and Micah.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 10, 2017 at 4:00pm at Siloam Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 1:30pm - 3:45pm at the church. Following the service the family will also greet friends in Faith Hall at the church.

The family will be at the home of Daniel and Melissa Freeman.
