Jane McCollum, age 65, of Easley, passed away on December 29, 2025 surrounded by loved ones.

Jane was born on February 26, 1960 to Ruel and Gussie McCollum. She attended Clemson University where she earned her bachelor's degree in nursing. Jane worked as a nurse for more than 32 years at Easley Baptist Hospital. She was of the Baptist faith. Jane loved flowers and eagerly awaited their repeat blooming each year. She was an avid reader of all genres, her favorite book being Lonesome Dove by Larry McMurtry. More than anything, she enjoyed spending time with her siblings, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Jane is survived by her sisters, Reba Childress, Beth Virgil, and Kathy McCollum; her brother, Bill McCollum; her nieces and nephews, Greg, Michelle (Mitch), Kathy, Chris, Nikki (Bo), Libba (Scott), Dean, Stacey, Chad, and Beth Marie (Harry); many great nieces and nephews; and one great-great-niece.

In addition to her parents, Jane was predeceased by her brother, Elijah McCollum; her sister, Barbara Sharpe, and her niece, Sarah Virgil.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 2, 2026 at 10:00 AM until 10:45 AM with the funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM in the Chapel at Robinson Funeral Home - Downtown, Easley, SC.

Burial will take place in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Pickens County Animal Shelter.
