Jane C. Robinson, wife of James F. Robinson for the past 46 years passed away on June 16, 2023.

Jane was born on May19, 1937 in Gaffney South Carolina. She was the daughter of William George and Thelma Burns Coggins. She graduated from Gaffney High School in 1955.

Prior to marrying Jimmy, Jane was the bookkeeper for W. Ray Thompson Construction in Anderson, South Carolina. She was a member of Concord Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School and sang in the choir.

After marrying Jimmy in May, 1977, she became bookkeeper for Robinson Grading and a prominent member of the Dacusville community. She was a member of Nine Forks Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School and sang in the choir. She was extremely thankful to the Dacusville Community and Nine Forks Baptist Church for welcoming her into the community. She and Jimmy were responsible, for many years, for the Dacusville Farm Show, which took place every Labor Day weekend.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Belinda Haygood, Taylors, SC, step-son, Frankie Robinson (Kelley), Easley, SC, brother, George E. Coggins (Diane), Gaffney, SC, grandson, Robbie Haygood, Columbia, SC, step-grandsons, Spencer Robinson (Ashley) Easley, SC, Brooks Robinson (Blair) Easley, SC, Seth Robinson (Jennifer) Easley, SC, step- granddaughters, Brittany Roper (Craig), Easley, SC and Kelsey Porter (Zane), Easley, SC, as well as one nephew, four nieces, eleven step-great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Robinson was predeceased in death by step-sons, Randy Robinson and Danny Robinson, Easley, SC, sister, Anne Wilson Bishop, Taylors, SC and step-great granddaughter, Landry Roper.

Funeral service will be held on 2:00 PM Monday, June 19, 2023 at Nine Forks Baptist Church with burial following in church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until 1:45 PM Monday at the church, prior to the service.

The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff members of Spring Park Assisted Living and Memory Care and Agape Hospice for the love and care they have provided for Mrs. Robinson.
