Barbara Janet Scott Batson, 77, widow of Jack Batson passed away Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at her home.

She was born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late Jason Scott and Edna Hopkins Scott Childress. She was a homemaker and she enjoyed camping and arts & crafts.

Surviving are her daughters, Cynthia (Robert De Young) Bradburn, Deborah Scott and Priscilla Denise Waddell all of Central; brothers, Randolph Scott and Ronald Steve Scott both of Greer, SC; sisters, Glenda Woods of Lafayette, GA and Myrna Kay Gray of Sandy Springs, SC; 12 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a daughter, Crystal Waddell.

Graveside services will be 2 PM, Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at Mountain View Memorial Park, 7 Duncan Road, Travelers Rest, SC. 29690.

The family will receive friends from 10 to 12 Noon, Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home & Cremations, 108 Cross Creek Road, Central, SC prior to the service at Grandview.
