Janice Taylor Willson

Janice Taylor Willson, 78, of Liberty, wife of William Parkinson “Bud” Willson, Jr., passed away November 5, 2023.

Born in Central, she was the daughter of the late John and Leila Taylor. Janice graduated from Pendleton High School and attended 5 Point Church in Easley. Janice was loved dearly and will be terribly missed. She enjoyed working outside in her yard and sharing her knowledge of flowers. She loved crossword puzzles, was a great Southern cook and loved to laugh and make others laugh!

She is survived by her husband; daughters, Chris Willson of Easley and Kathy Dosher (Michael) of Easley; son, Bill Willson (Patricia) of Pendleton; grandchildren, Riley Nicholson, Abby Nicholson, Emma Gaines, Olivia Dosher, Robbie Dosher, Logan Cooper, Aubrey Willson, and Austin McKee; sister, Doris Boyd.

Mrs. Willson is predeceased by her parents, sisters, Joan Burdette and Judy Beckham; brother, Gary “Tater” Taylor.

You are cordially invited to join the family at a graveside service, which will be held on Wednesday, November 8 at 3:00 PM at Memory Gardens, Central. Flowers will be welcomed; or, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to 5 Point Church or the church of your choice.
