Janny Kiyoko Perez

Central, SC – Janny Kiyoko Perez, 68, passed away at home surrounded by loved ones on Monday, March 14, 2022. She was born Okinawa, Japan on March 22, 1953 to Kokuchu and Yoshiko (Shinjo) Koja.

Janny graduated High School in Japan. She came to the United States and became a Naturalized Citizen in 1978.

Janny is survived by a daughter, Sharon Reid (Michael) of Willingboro, NJ; a son, Bob Whitson of Paden, OK; and a daughter, Judy Sisco (Kenneth) of Central, SC; 13 grandchildren, Michael, Niajhel, Iyana, Imani, Cassandra, Vanessa, Montana, Sage, Chantesiah, Maurice, Anthony, Isaiah, and Samuel; 9 great-grandchildren, Gabriel, Catalaya, Yolondi, Kameron, Dally, Pepper, Twister, Brexlynn, and Bronson.

She was predeceased by her parents Kokuchu and Yoshiko Koja; husband Lucas Perez; a daughter, Karon Bernardini; and sons Luke Perez and Lucas Perez Jr.

Service and Interment will be held at the Sacred Heart Cemetery at 500 Marne Highway, Hainesport, NJ 08036 on April 22, 2022, at 1:00 pm.
