Jarrett Steven “Steve” Masters, 75, a loving father of two and an adoring husband died peacefully surrounded by the love of his wife, his two sons and his daughter in law on March 20, 2023, at Greenville Memorial Hospital. 

Steve was born on April 1, 1947 in Easley, South Carolina to Rev. Jarrett Jhue and Lucy Aiken Masters. He was a high school graduate from Easley High School.  Steve had recently retired after a successful career as an honorable Department of Natural Resources officer and was currently working as a bailiff for the Pickens County Courts. 

Steve is survived by the love of his life, Ann Garrett Masters who he shared an amazing love together for 55 years, his two sons Steven Scott Masters and Richard Jarrett Masters, his loving daughter in law, Kristen Rushing Masters and his beloved granddaughter, Faith Elizabeth Masters. 

Besides spending time with his family that he honored and loved so deeply; he had such a love for his time at the gun range. Steve had such an infectious personality and was known for his kind heart and love of never meeting a stranger. To know Steve was to love him and that is how he will be remembered. 

The family will receive friends Friday March 24, 2023 from 12:00pm until 1:45 pm, at Robinson Funeral Home located at 1425 Powdersville Road Easley, SC 29642, with the funeral to follow in the chapel at 2:00pm.
