Norma Jean Holcombe Hendricks, 71, wife of the late John I. Hendricks, passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2016 at Manna Health and Rehab in Pickens.
Mrs. Hendricks was born in Pickens County and was a daughter of the late, George J. and Mae Belle Porter Holcombe. She was a homemaker and a member of Faith Fellowship in Pendleton.
Surviving are one son, Billy Hendricks of Salem, SC; three daughters, Arlene Whitfield of Pendleton, Darlene Mize of Seneca, and Kathy Holder of Central; two brothers, James and Jack Holcombe, both of Easley; one sister, Mildred Whitmire of Pickens; three grandchildren, Travis Whitfield, Michael Mize and Kayla Adams; two great grandchildren, Byrson and Riley Adams.
In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by one brother, William Holcombe and a sister, Maxine Holcombe.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at 1:30 PM in the Chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, Central, with burial to follow in Oconee Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until 1:15 PM prior to the service at the funeral home.
