Jean B. Paradis, 84, of Liberty, husband of the late Betty Louise Thomas Paradis, passed away Friday, January 25, 2019 in McCormick, SC.
Born in Buffalo, NY, he was a son of the late Jean Baptiste Orville "Levi" Paradis and Margaret Woodward Paradis.
Mr. Paradis was retired from Davis Electrical in Greenville and was a member of Liberty First Baptist Church. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and was a member of the Liberty Masonic Lodge #235 A.F.M.
Surviving are his daughters, Janice Holcombe (Joe) and Cheryl Owens (Phil) all of Liberty; grandchildren, Melisha Golden, Charlie Holcombe, Karla Milam (John), Tiffany Roach (Brian) and Levi Owens; twelve great grandchildren; a sister, Claudette Fletcher of Cave City, AR; and a brother, Wilfred "Bill" Paradis of Tyler, TX.
A memorial graveside service will be held at a later date in Liberty Memorial Gardens.
