Jeanette Towe Sullivan, 75, of 1481 N. Old Pendleton Road, died Wednesday, August 2, 2006 at her home.

Born in Salem, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Maude Smith Towe. She was a licensed cosmetologist and a weaver at Glenwood Mills. Mrs. Sullivan was a member of Brushy Creek Baptist Church.

Surviving are her husband, Charles E. Sullivan of the home; three daughters, Caroline Carman of Columbia, Susan Thompson of Seneca, Rebecca Matar of Piedmont; two sons, Sam Sullivan of Piedmont, David Sullivan of Easley; a brother, Doyle Towe of Georgia; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a husband, Stanley Douglas Carman; and a brother, Arthur Towe.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Friday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Downtown with Reverends Rodney Graham and Dale Carver officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10:00 until 11:00 AM Friday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the South Carolina Humane Society; 121 Humane Lane; Columbia, SC 29209.

The family is at the home.
