Jenny Lynn Kelly

Jenny Lynn Kelly, lovingly known as Lynn, Wife of the Late Gary Kelly passed away on September 12, 2023. She was born on October 16, 1959, in Easley, SC to the Late O’Neal and Hazel Ozel Chapman. Lynn was a kind and loving soul who brought joy to the lives of those around her.

Lynn had a vibrant personality and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. One of her favorite activities was lounging by the swimming pool, cherishing moments with her loved ones. She valued these connections deeply and always made an effort to strengthen them.

Hobbies played an important role in Lynn's life. She found solace in fishing and took pleasure in the peacefulness it provided. Additionally, Lynn took great pride in maintaining her pool and yard. She also loved to attend auctions with her family and friends. 

A faithful member of Winding Creek Baptist Church, Lynn found comfort and solace in her spiritual community. Her unwavering faith guided her journey through life.

Among Lynn's proudest accomplishments were her beloved family and cherished cat named Sweety. In Addition to her Parents and Husband, Lynn is predeceased by her brother, Perry Chapman.

Lynn is survived by son James Kelly; daughter, Treasa Broom (Dillon); Brothers, Glenn Chapman (Melinda), Marty Chapman (Stephanie), Jerry Chapman; Sister, Cynthia Neil Chapman; granddaughter, Abigail Gagnon. Her memory will forever be treasured by them as they carry on her legacy of love, kindness, and warmth.

Lynn will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Her infectious laughter and genuine compassion touched countless lives.

Receiving of Family and Friends will be at Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home in Central, SC from 11 to 11:45 a.m. Saturday, September 16^th, 2023. A memorial service will follow in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral home.
