Mr. Jerry Haden Black, 66, husband of Barbara Ann Julian Black passed away Friday, April 20, 2012 at his home.
Born in Pickens County, a son of Margaret Gray Black, of Easley, and the late Clifton Willie Black, Mr. Black was a retired machinist, a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church and a Veteran of the US Army.
Surviving in addition to his wife and mother are a daughter, Tammy Black of Easley; one brother, John G. Black (Barbara) of Easley; and a sister, Geraldine B. Ramey (Mike) of Easley.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 23, 2012 at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be Monday from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the church, prior to the service.
The family is at the home of his mother, Margaret Black, 627 Farrs Road, Easley, SC 29640.
