Jerry Coke Cantrell, 59, of 114 Carolyn Road and widower of Sylvia Whitmire Cantrell, died Wednesday, October 17, 2007 at Palmetto Health Baptist in Easley.
Born in Easley, a son of the late Coke Wesley and Vera McQueen Cantrell, he was a former employee with The Gospel Hour, Inc, of Greenville and a member of Glenwood Wesleyan Church.
Surviving are: a son, Jeffrey "J.B" Cantrell of Liberty; a daughter, Hope Cantrell of Greenville; a sister, Judy Godfrey of Easley; and 2 grandchildren, Zachary and Kennedy Cantrell.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Ruby Nell Reeves.
Funeral services will be 11 AM, Saturday at Glenwood Wesleyan Church with burial to follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM, Friday at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown.
The family is at the home.
