Jerry Michael Ellenburg, Sr., 58, of 114 Equestrian Trail, died Friday November 17, 2006 at his home surrounded by his family.
Born in Greenville, he was a son of Laura Julian Ellenburg, of Easley and the late John Curtis Ellenburg. Mr. Ellenburg was a salesman with Johnstone Supply. He was a past President of the Mid-Southeast Chapter of the Refrigeration Services Engineering Society (RSES) and currently was President of the Greenville Chapter. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran of the Vietnam War and was of the Baptist Faith.
Surviving in addition to his mother are his wife, Sharon Leopard Ellenburg, of the home ; a son, Jerry M. "J.J." Ellenburg, Jr., of Easley ; a daughter, Stacy A. Ellenburg, of Easley ; a sister, Sandra E. Buchanan and her husband, Gary, of Easley ; two grandchildren, Brandon and Brianna Johnson, both of Easley.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Sunday in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road, conducted by the Reverends Roger Black and Mark Ford. Entombment will follow in the Chapel of Reflection Mausoleum at Robinson Memorial Gardens, 1425 Powdersville Road, Easley.
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 154 Milestone Way, Greenville, SC 29615.
