Jerry Dean Gantt

Jerry Dean Gantt, age 77, passed away Wednesday January 8, 2025.

Born in Pickens County, a son of John Perry Gantt of Easley and the late Jeanette Evans Gantt, Jerry was a graduate of Easley High School and retired from Clarion Technologies. 

Jerry loved hunting, fishing and cooking, but his greatest love was spending time with his family and their beach trips. He will be dearly missed by all that loved and knew him.

Surviving are his two sons, Robert Perry Gantt (Alicia) of of Anderson, and Jerry Samuel Gantt (Teresa) of Easley; his sister, Dedra Gantt Owens (Charles) of Easley; his grandchildren, Zachary and Zoey Gantt, Amy and Ansley Nemeth, Brandon Malone (Mikala) and Haley Clemons; and three great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Jerry was predeceased by four brothers, Ricky, Tommy, Phil and Robin Gantt.

The family will host a memorial service to be announced at a later date.
