Jessie Virginia Alexander Holliday, 92, formerly of 132 Poinsett Circle, died Thursday, November 05, 2009 in Melbourne FL.
Mrs. Holliday was born in Oconee County, the daughter of the late Christopher Earl and Nancy Elizabeth Sloan Alexander. She was retired from Alice Mfg. Company and was a member of Elljean Baptist Church.
Mrs. Holliday is survived by a son, Carl Franklin (Frank) Holliday and his wife Barbara of Melbourne, FL; a daughter, Carolyn Estelle Cooley and her husband, Harold of Belton; eight grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Wesley R. Holliday; a son, Johnny W. Holliday and by several brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Downtown. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, prior to the service.
The family is at their respective homes.
Memorial may be made to Elljean Baptist Church, 605 Elljean Road, Easley, SC 29640.
