Jessie Lee M. SeagoPendleton, SCLoving wife, mother, grandmother and sister, Jessie Lee Marchbanks Seago, 81, formerly of 346 Major Street, widow of Charles L. Seago, died Friday morning, February 5, 2016 at the Rainey Hospice House in Anderson, SC.Born in Pickens County, she was a daughter of the late Hallie E. and Nannie Mae Robinson Marchbanks. She was a retired employee of Greenfield Industries and a member of Faith Fellowship Church in Pendleton. She was dedicated to making a home for her family and her longtime companion Pebbles, her dog.Surviving are a daughter, Linda Mae (Don E.) Lusk of Pendleton; brothers, Homer C. Marchbanks of Central and Johnny Marchbanks of Pendleton; sisters, Mary J. Atkins of Pendleton, Ruth Parris of Pickens and Fannie Whitlock of Central; grandchildren, Jacqueline Reynolds, Jimmy Seago, Angie Brown and Christopher Lusk; 8 great grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her sons, Lewis E. Seago and Jimmy Seago; her daughter Lorretta Seago; and a sister, Sarah Mae Marchbanks.Funeral services will be 2 PM, Sunday in the Chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home with burial to follow in Memory Gardens.The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM, Saturday at the funeral home. The family will be at the home.In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Cancer Association of Anderson, 215 East Calhoun Street, Anderson, SC 29621 or the American Lung Association.
