Jimmy Lloyd Gibson, 74, died Nov. 11, 2023, in Charlotte, N.C.

Jimmy was born in Easley, the son of Nell and Bruce Gibson. He graduated from Easley High School and attended Clemson University.

He worked for Gibson Pool Co. in Greenville, and later owned Jimmy’s Pool Service, a swimming pool contractor and supplier. He loved camping with his mom, vegetable gardening, running, and was a big fan of Clemson Tigers football.

Jimmy was predeceased by his parents, and is survived by his sisters, Pamela Gibson (Ted Bright) of Castle Valley, Utah, and Patty G. Robinson (Alex) of Belmont, N. C. He is also survived by his nieces, Erika Gibson of Glenwood Springs, Colo., Katherine Robinson of Raleigh, and Patricia Robinson of Charlotte, as well as aunts, uncles, and many cousins.

Family and friends will gather to remember his life on Sat., Nov. 18, 2023, at the South and West Event Venue, 109 S. First St., Easley, SC 29640, from 2 to 4 p.m.
