Jimmy Haynie

James Dixon "Jimmy" Haynie, 61, of 858 Old Pendleton Road, went to be with his Lord, Sunday, December 23, 2007 at his home.
Born in Greenville, a son of Caroleen L. Haynie of Easley and the late William C. Haynie. He was an auto mechanic and a member of Winding Creek Baptist Church. In addition to his love of his family he had a passion for classic cars.
Surviving in addition to his mother are his wife, Sandra Baker Haynie of the home; a daughter, Pam Haynie-Worm (Mark) of Easley; a step-son, Phil Black (Donna) of Greer; two brothers, William L. (Bud) Haynie, and Robert G. Haynie (Samantha), all of Easley; two grandsons, Dillon and Daniel Haynie; a special niece, Maggie Haynie; and a special Aunt, Olivia Phillips.
In addition to his father, he was predeceased by a son, Lee Haynie.
Funeral services will be 3 PM, Wednesday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown, with Rev. Dr. Doyle Finley and Rev. Clyde Gravely, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 3 PM, Wednesday prior to the service at the funeral home.
The family is at the home of his mother, Mrs. Caroleen Haynie, 205 West 3rd Street, Easley, SC 29640.
