Jimmy Doyle Lee, 71, of Piedmont, South Carolina, beloved husband of Paula Byrd Lee, passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2026.

Born on October 05, 1954, in Columbia, South Carolina, to the late Monroe Jacob Lee and Nellie Johnson Lee.

Throughout his life, Jimmy was known for his steadfast dedication and hard work, particularly in his career in bakery production. He contributed significantly to Rich Products and Flowers Baking Co, where his commitment to quality and craftsmanship left a lasting impression.

Jimmy's life was enriched by his many interests. He had a passion for fishing, old cars, and festivals, finding joy in both the vibrant energy of community celebrations and the quiet comfort of being at home.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 43 years, Paula Byrd Lee; his two cherished daughters, Amanda Gail Lee and Nellie Kathryn Netherton; and his granddaughter, Lydia Ava Lee.

In addition to his parents, Jimmy is preceded in death by his brother, Robert Lee; and his sister, Margaret Lee.

Jimmy will be remembered with deep respect for his unwavering dedication to family, work, and the simple pleasures that brought him contentment. His presence will be profoundly missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends on Friday, March 27, 2026, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Robinson Funeral Home – Powdersville Road.
