Jo Anne Bailey

Jo Anne Bailey, 72, passed away on Friday, March 27, 2026.

Born on April 26, 1953, in Durham, NC, she was a daughter of the late Roy H. Bailey Jr. and Martha Bailey.

Jo Anne had a love for cooking, her beloved pets, and creating beautiful paintings. She would paint birds, landscapes, and dolphins.

Jo Anne is survived by her sister Susan B. Chandler; her brother Roy H. Bailey III "Chip"; her two nieces, and her two nephews.
