Joan Smith Crick

Joan Smith Crick, age 69, of 710 Huntington Circle, passed away Friday, April 6, 2018 at her home.

Born in Greenville, Mrs. Crick was the daughter of the late Robert Manuel and Lois Stewart Smith. She graduated from Easley High School, and she worked part-time for the Greenville County Medical Society for thirty-five years. Mrs. Crick was a member of Mauldin United Methodist Church where she belonged to the Action Sunday School Class.

Surviving are her husband, A. Wayne Crick of the home; two sons, A. Lance Crick (Cindy) of Greenville and Jason M. Crick (Heather) of Powdersville; a daughter, Kristina A. Mitros (Ashley) of Simpsonville; a brother, Craig Manuel Smith of Easley; and five grandchildren, Olivia Mitros, Cameron Mitros, Smith Crick, Tucker Crick, and Mac Crick.Mrs. Crick was predeceased by a brother, Bobby Smith.

Funeral services will be 3:30 PM Monday at Mauldin United Methodist Church with the Reverends Webb Belangia, Jerry Temple, and Gareth Scott officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 3:15 PM Monday in the Son Room of Mauldin United Methodist Church.

Escort of Honor will be the Action Sunday School Class.
