Joan Elizabeth Garrett, 67, of Anderson died Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at Augusta University Hospital in Augusta, GA.

Born in Greenville County, she was the daughter of the late Ivan T. and Olivia A. Brewer Garrett.  She was a 1967 graduate of Pendleton High School and was a retired operator with Bell South.

Surviving are brothers, Buddy Garrett of Ware Shoals, Roger Garrett of Belton, Wayne Garrett of Princeton, Wallace Garrett and Terry Garrett both of Pendleton; and sister, Lula Ladd of Pendleton.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by brothers, Ronald Garrett, Kenneth Garrett and Jacky Garrett.

Funeral services will be 2 PM, Thursday in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home with burial in Memory Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 PM, Thursday prior to the service at the funeral home.

The family will be at their respective homes.
