Joan Edith Haney Kelly, 72, of 4019 Old Greenville Highway, died Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at AnMed Health.
Born in Pickens, SC, she was a daughter of the late Benjamin Weldon and Madge Durham Haney. Joan was a retired textile employee and a member of East Clemson Christian Fellowship.
Surviving are a son, Tony Kelly of Walhalla; 3 daughters, Thelma Brown (Billy) of Honea Path, Teresa Dann (Danny) of Anderson, and Sandra Kelly of Central; a brother, James Haney of Pendleton; 2 sisters, Johnnie Garrett of Central and Jane Grooms of Seneca; 13 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a son, Robert Gregory Kelly; a daughter, Darlene Kelly; and a grandson Robert Gregory Kelly, Jr.
Funeral services will be 3 PM, Friday in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home with burial to follow in Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM, Thursday at the funeral home.
The family is at the home where she lived with her daughter Sandra Kelly, Megan Kelly and Jack Powell.
