Joann Loggins Bridges, 78, of 124 Old Vinland School Road, went to be with the Lord Friday, October 17, 2008 at her home.
Born in Greenville County, she was the daughter of the late John Waldo and Lila Rickman Loggins. She graduated from Anderson College with an Associates Degree in Childhood Development. Mrs. Bridges retired from the Bank of America and was a member of George's Creek Baptist Church.
Surviving are three sons, Bobby Burns Bridges, Jr., and wife, Lee, Carlton Flint Bridges, and Terry Wayne Bridges and wife, Kathy, all of Easley; six grandchildren, Taryn Ashley Bridges, John Tyler Bridges, Jessica Terri Bridges, Justin Allen Bridges, Abby Danielle Bridges and William Chad Cole; four great-grandchildren; an Aunt, Geraldine Rickman Robertson and husband, Tom Franklin Robertson, of Greenville; two cousins, Elaine Gormley and Thomas Robertson and his daughter, Abigail Robertson.
Graveside services will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday at Hillcrest Memorial Park with Rev. Doug Ferguson officiating.
Mrs. Bridges was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her family was all the world to her.
