Joel "Eddie" Robbins

Joel "Eddie" Edward Robbins, II, 54, husband of Sandra Robbins, died May 25, 2007 at Greenville Memorial Hospital. He was the son of Dr. Hal G. Robbins, Jr. and Lillian Andrews Robbins of Seneca. He was a retired US Air Force veteran of Korea and the Gulf Wars. After retiring from the military, he worked at Milliken in Pendleton. He was a member and trustee of Seneca Wesleyan Church. He was an avid fisherman and motorcyclist and loved sports.
Surviving in addition to his wife and parents are a son, Joel E. Robbins III, Suffolk, VA; brother, Jeffrey Robbins, Cedar Falls, IA; sister, Reverend Yvonne Beasley, Suffolk, VA and grandson, Caleb Robbins.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2pm at Seneca Wesleyan Church. Interment will follow at Heritage Memorial Gardens. The body is at Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home where the family will receive friends on Monday from 6-8pm and will be placed in the church on Tuesday at 1pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Seneca Wesleyan Church, 101 E. Crescent Drive, Seneca, SC 29678 or Oakway Wesleyan Motorcycle Club, 6390 West Oak Hwy, Westminster, SC 29693.
