John Edward Bro, 83, husband of Lois Green Bro, died Monday, April 27, 2009 at his residence.
Born in Royal Oak, Michigan, he was a retired Salesman, a US Navy Veteran of WWII and an avid golfer.
Surviving in addition to his wife are one son, John Wayne (Sandy) Bro of Rockford, Michigan; four daughters, Judy (Tim) Kline of Lake Orion, Michigan, Barbara (Larry) Geno of Highfield, Australia, Susan (Roy) Swan of Mason, Michigan and Marti (Jeff) Coplai of Plymouth, Michigan; 10 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
A private celebration of his life will be held by the family.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of the Foothills, 390 Keowee School Road, Seneca, SC 29672.
