John Larry Preston Clardy, 71 of Fledgling Way, husband of Annelle Woody Clardy, passed away Saturday, November 8, 2014 at his home.
Born August 20, 1943 in Anderson County, he was a son of the late Marvin Preston and Ruby Lee Dunlap Clardy. Mr. Clardy served thirty-five years in the US Army National Guard and was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife of two years, he is survived by his son, Kevin Clardy; brother, Dendy Clardy; sisters, Jeanette Goforth and Janie Sanders.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 11, 2014 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday at the funeral home.
The family is at the home.
