John Marvin Cummings, 77, died Tuesday, June 12, 2018.
He was born in Greenville County August 4, 1940. He was the son of the late John Frank Cummings and Marie Stone Manley, from Mauldin, SC and sister Martha Yown Gaines. John was a member of Brookwood Church in Simpsonville, SC. He was a retired auto technician and had served in the United States Navy.
He is survived by his wife, Kimberley Fendley Cummings of the home. He has three children, Renee Bailey of Greenville, Eric Cummings of Pickens County, and Sara Cummings of Greenville. His grandchildren are Adam Bailey, who serves in the US Navy, and his wife Jessie Flanagan Bailey of Fort Meade, MD, and Zane Cummings of Greenville, SC and great grandchild Kohen Bailey.
Services will be private for the family.
