Mr. John Edward Gilstrap, 74, passed away Thursday, May 17, 2018.
Born in Pickens County, a son of the late Lewis and Mattie Childress Gilstrap, Mr. Gilstrap was a retired machinist and a member of Cross Roads Baptist Church.
Surviving are a brother, Gerald L. Gilstrap, Sr. and his wife, Martha, of Easley.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday, May 21, 2018 at Cross Roads Baptist Church with Rev. Phil Henry officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM until 1:45 PM Monday at the church, prior to the service.
Family members are at their respective homes.
Memorials may be made to the Cross Roads Baptist Church Building Fund, 160 Cross Roads Church Road, Easley, SC 29640.
