John Earl “Pedro” Lesley, 65, of Anthony Road, passed away Saturday, May 21, 2016.
Born in Pickens County, he was a son of Margaret Herron Lesley of Pickens and the late Butler P. Lesley.
Pedro was employed with the Easley Senior Center and was a US Air Force Veteran. He loved his family, especially his nieces and nephews, tubing, waterfalls and traveling.
Surviving in addition to his mother are, a sister, Sharon Lesley Shackelford (Danny) of Kokomo, IN; a brother, Mitchell Lee Lesley (Marie) of Greenville; nieces and nephews, Dana Bowie, Leann Lesley, Shelley Lesley, Jessica Shackleford, Marley Lesley, Jordan Lesley, Adam Armstrong and Andrew Armstrong; and seven great nieces and nephews.
Pedro was predeceased by his father and a brother, Albert Henry “Pete” Lesley.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 at 2:00 PM in Blue Ridge View Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends prior to the service on Wednesday from 12:30 PM until 1:30 PM at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown.
Flowers will be accepted.
The family will be at the home.
