John Andrew Martin, Jr., 21, passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2020 to live forever with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Born in Greenville, a son of John Andrew Martin, Sr., and Amy Wiles Martin.
Surviving in addition to his parents are stepmother, Debi Schusler Martin, grandparents, Jack (deceased) and Dorothy Martin, Eddie and Meg Wiles; uncles, Steve Martin and Lewis Wiles; aunt, Jo Dee Nardi; and step grandparents, Edward and Barbara Schusler.
Andrew was a 2017 graduate of Easley High School with honors. He was a junior at Clemson University majoring in Forest Ecology and plant pathology.
Andrew loved his family and friends. His passion was being outdoors in nature. He loved the forest and backpacking.
Memorial services will be held at Brushy Creek Baptist Church on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 11:00am. The family will receive friends following the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Clemson University Foundation, Forestry and Natural Resources Endowment, PO Box 1889, Clemson, SC 29633-9972.
